These terms cover your use of this website, its content and the free growth-audit booking facility. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Browsing, sending an enquiry or booking a free audit does not purchase a paid service or commit you to work with us. The audit is a free, no-obligation business conversation, not legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Any paid advertising, AI follow-up or appointment-setting work is governed by a separate signed service agreement. That agreement sets the scope, fees, advertising budget, responsibilities, measurement and guarantee arrangements. These website terms do not replace or vary it.
03 / Using the website
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or requesting a booking. Do not impersonate another person, share information you are not entitled to share, introduce malicious code, disrupt the site or attempt unauthorised access.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through an enquiry or audit booking. To change or cancel an audit, use the instructions in your booking confirmation or email us.

The WeAttain name, branding, text, design and other website materials belong to WeAttain or their respective owners and licensors. You may view the site and keep a copy for your own reference. Do not reproduce our branding or republish site content commercially without permission, except where the law allows it.
You may link to this website fairly and lawfully, but must not suggest an endorsement, partnership or approval that does not exist.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may change and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Website content is general information, not a personalised recommendation or a promise of sales or revenue.
The appointment guarantee is a specific commitment explained in the Guarantee Terms; this general statement does not cancel or contradict it.
The booking calendar and some links are supplied by third parties. Their own terms and privacy information may apply, and we do not control the content or availability of external websites.
