01 / Monthly appointment targets
£500 monthly advertising spend corresponds to a target of five booked appointments each month.
£1,000 monthly advertising spend corresponds to a target of ten booked appointments each month.
These figures are advertising budgets, not the total price of the service. The management fee and paid-service scope are set out separately in the signed service agreement.
02 / If we fall short
If we miss the agreed appointment target, we continue the agreed appointment-generation work without charging our management fee until the shortfall has been delivered.
Advertising spend remains payable during that period. ‘We work for free’ means no WeAttain management fee is charged for the agreed shortfall work; it does not mean free advertising and it is not a money-back promise.
03 / What counts and when
Qualification criteria and the measurement period are agreed in the signed service agreement before paid work starts. The agreement also records the start date, how appointments are counted, how duplicates, cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows are handled, and the responsibilities needed to run the campaign.
Those details are agreed with each client rather than assumed on this page. You should receive the full agreed terms before committing to a paid service.
04 / Appointments, not guaranteed sales
A booked appointment is an opportunity for a conversation. It does not guarantee attendance, a sale or any particular revenue. This distinction does not remove the agreed appointment target or the fee-free shortfall remedy.
05 / Questions or a shortfall
If you think there is an appointment shortfall, email romi@weattain.io so we can review the agreed measurement period and appointment records and arrange the remedy.
A free growth audit does not commit you to a paid service. The separate signed service agreement records the guarantee for your campaign; website-use terms do not replace it.
