01 / Who is responsible
WeAttain is responsible for personal information used for our own website enquiries, business contacts and audit bookings. Email romi@weattain.io with questions about this policy or your information.
Where we deliver a campaign for another business, that business’s privacy notice also matters. Processing roles and instructions for its leads are addressed separately in service and data-processing arrangements; this notice does not replace the client business’s own notice.
02 / Information we receive
You may give us your name, email address, telephone number, business name, website, information about your business needs, answers to booking questions, appointment preferences and correspondence. Booking and follow-up systems may also record appointment status, conversation history and qualification information.
Information comes from what you send by email, through the calendar or in a conversation. If you enquire through a Facebook or Instagram advert or lead form, we can receive the details and answers you submit through Meta. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a growth-audit request.
The website host receives technical information needed to serve requests, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and request timing. When the embedded calendar loads automatically, its provider also receives device and usage information and may store or access information in your browser.
03 / Why we use information
We use enquiry and booking details to answer questions, understand what help you are seeking, schedule a conversation and send related practical messages. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract where that applies, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing the relationship.
We use relevant correspondence and records to administer services, resolve concerns, establish or defend legal claims and meet tax or other legal duties. The lawful basis may be contract, legitimate interests or legal obligation, depending on the record and circumstances.
Technical information is used for our legitimate interests in delivering a functioning and secure website, diagnosing faults and preventing misuse. This does not mean non-essential cookies or analytics are automatically necessary.
Marketing is separate from arranging an audit. Where consent is required for electronic marketing or non-essential browser storage, it must be obtained separately. You can ask us to stop direct marketing at any time.
04 / Services and providers involved
here.now hosts this website. GoHighLevel / LeadConnector supplies the calendar and CRM used for bookings, contact records and related communications. The calendar is served from api.leadconnectorhq.com and loads automatically on the homepage.
Appointwise is used alongside GoHighLevel for AI-assisted follow-up and qualification. Depending on the conversation, this can involve contact details, message history, qualification responses and appointment information. Appointwise’s published policy describes use of AI providers, including OpenAI, to generate responses.
Meta is involved when you interact with Facebook or Instagram advertising and lead forms. Email, messaging, calendar, hosting and professional-service providers handle information needed to supply those services. Public authorities may receive relevant information where the law requires it.
05 / AI-assisted conversations
AI follow-up can use what you say, configured qualification criteria and appointment availability to generate replies, assess fit and help arrange a booking. This can influence which follow-up you receive or whether an appointment is offered. AI can make mistakes; you can ask for a person and request a review by emailing romi@weattain.io.
The purpose is enquiry handling and appointment setting, not decisions about legal rights, credit, employment or access to essential services. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive details that are not needed for the conversation.
06 / Cookies, browser storage and the calendar
The GoHighLevel / LeadConnector calendar loads automatically on the homepage. This connects your browser to the provider, whose scripts may use cookies or local storage and collect usage information before you submit a booking.
There is no calendar-loading consent gate on this website. You can use browser settings to clear or block stored information, although doing so may affect the calendar. Automatic loading is not consent to unrelated marketing.
07 / How long information is kept
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active enquiry or service relationship, resolving a concern or legal claim, and any tax or other record-keeping duty.
There is not one deletion period for every enquiry, CRM record and conversation. Email us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. We may need to retain information where a legal duty or another applicable exception requires it.
08 / Processing outside the UK
Cloud and communications providers may process information outside the UK. The destination and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service used. Appointwise’s published policy refers to AI and cloud providers in the United States.
Email romi@weattain.io for available information about providers handling your information and the safeguards that apply to a particular transfer.
09 / Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information you provided. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing, including related profiling.
Send requests to romi@weattain.io. We may need reasonable information to confirm your identity and locate the records. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions; we will explain if one applies.
10 / Complaints and updates
Please contact us if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data-protection regulator, and do not have to contact us first.
We may update this policy when the website or our processing changes. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
